This is the workflow I suggest for you to be able to update the pictures:

• Step 1: Select which pictures we should update and crop them accordingly.
  • Pictures can be cropped to the right size using Figma, and exported all at the same time
  • Read the guide for producing images for AEM pages
  • You can get started with this Figma file, so you do not need to create anything from scratch; just drag and drop your photos into the program and export
• Step 2: Upload the images to the DAM library (Digital Assets) in AEM and ensure alternative text is added.
